Radish

Radish leaves
12 oz
Carrot
10 oz
Burdock
8 oz
Mushroom
3-5 pcs ( Mushrooms have to be sun-dried to transform into Vitamin D )

Vegetable Soup Making

Use fresh organically frown vegetables. Don’t peel the skin and chop vegetables into small pieces.
Fill a pot with three times the quantity of water as the vegetables
When it comes to boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 2 hours.
Strain and drink as ordinary water intake.
Leftover soup can be used as soup base for noodles.?
Vegetable soup or residue after soaking is excellent compost for house plants.
